SWA are employed by James Scott as Civil Design consultants on this crucial, multi-million pound contract which forms part of the D154 upgrade project.

The scheme involves the structural design and seismic analysis of three new buildings and their associated service connections. Some 250m of new cable ducting (mostly 20 way) with 8 associated drawpits and approximately 500m of mechanical service trenching will be laid in an already heavily serviced dockyard at depths up to 5m below ground.

Some structural assessment of adjacent existing buildings has also been necessary.
