This £14 m brownfield development had a variety of existing uses and structures and is bisected by a single track railway. SWA have provided advice on remediation measures, and negotiated agreements on site discharge attenuation and pollution control. Additionally, integrated rail and highway transport issues have been resolved with the provision of a new station and formation of two adopted vehicular accesses.

Works comprise a full structural and civil engineering service from concept to completion for the construction of 120000 sq ft of mixed use buildings.
