Porcelanosa Head Office - Warrington

SWA have undertaken a full design service on this £3m office and showroom development on behalf of tile manufacturer Porcelanosa UK.

Specific requirements included ground improvement by dynamic compaction to produce satisfactory bearing capacity for both structural foundations and the heavy ground floor loading criteria, necessary to support high racking loads.

The project received a prestigious award from Cheshire County Building services, for quality in design and construction.
