Pentre Felin - Wrexham

The site contained the remains of a number of derelict buildings, in addition to listed oast houses, former usage including a brewery, tannery and timber yard. The river Gwenfro traverses the site, immediately adjacent to the western elevation of the main building.

The project comprised the conversion to residential use of the existing structures and associated infrastructure. SWA were involved from the earliest stage of concept development advising on and administering demolition, undertaking project, risk and cost management and design of scheme proposals, prior to the scheme being completed by contractors.
