Gefco UK Ltd - Stone Cross Park
A purpose built distribution and storage unit of single span portal frame of 30m span and two eaves heights 7.5m and 9.5m.
The lower portal contains the transit area with dock levellers on both facades to provide quick and efficient loading and unloading. All dock levellers are constructed from pre-cast concrete elements.
External works required major excavation and recontouring of surrounding ground to provide environmental bunds which protect adjacent residential properties.
