The Cayman Islands Yacht Club

This £200 million, 87 acre development is to provide, luxury residential, retail, leisure and entertainment facilities within the existing Cayman Islands Yacht Club marina facility.

SWA have been appointed as Architectural and Civil/Structural Engineering Consultants to provide full design services from project conception to completion, which include, site masterplanning, planning officer liaison, highway, bridge and drainage works, ground modelling optimisation and individual block design. All designed for the requirements of hurricane loadings.
