Barlow Handling - Stone Cross Park

This bespoke warehouse was designed to house a North West based fork Lift truck manufacturer, and comprised a 60000 sq ft single span portal framed structure, with a 7500 sq ft integrated office suite.

The plot, one of the most prominent on the Stonecross development, required re-grading and ground improvement prior to works commencing.

The structural solution included pad foundations and a mass pour reinforced concrete ground floor slab.
